We review income, credit, rental history, pets, and background screenings as part of our application process.
Apply online through our leasing portal or in office. Upload proof of income to be verified with Argle or Nova.
Yes. Our application fee is non-refundable and listed on the online form.
Most applications are processed within 24–48 hours.
3-16 month lease terms are available.
Rent, Fees & Utilities
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th day of the month.
Payments can be made online via debit or credit card or bank account.
Pest control and trash removal are included in the rent. Internet, water/sewer, electricity, internet/cable are resident‑paid.
Pet Policies
Yes. Our community is pet-friendly.
No pets over 85lb.
No aggressive breeds allowed.
Parking & Storage
No. Parking is not assigned.
Yes. Availability varies by building, we also offer detached garages.
Maintenance
Submit through the resident portal or call the leasing office.
Yes. 24/7 emergency maintenance is available.
Examples include major water leaks, electrical hazards, or HVAC failure in extreme temperatures.
Amenities & Community Features
Amenities include a fitness center, pool with hammocks, clubhouse, and package lockers, coworking space pickleball court, pet spa and park, grills and firepit.
The pool is open from 8:00am-dusk. Business center, Fitness Center and package lockers are available 24 hours. Amenity hours are posted onsite and in the resident portal.
No. The clubhouse is not available to be reserved.
Packages & Deliveries
Packages are typically delivered to parcel lockers or the HUB room.
Yes. Large deliveries may require coordination with the office.
Resident Services & Policies
Yes.Proof of renter’s insurance is required at move‑in.
Subleasing is not permitted.
All buildings and common areas are smoke‑free.
Lease renewals can be completed through the resident portal or with the leasing office.
